What we collect, and what we do with it.
Last updated: November 2026 · Plain English on purpose
What we collect
- The contact form. Your name, email, business type, what's eating your time, and anything optional you add (phone, business name). We also note which button you clicked and any campaign tags in the link you arrived from.
- The demo phone line. If you call the demo number, the call is handled by an AI system. Calls may be recorded and transcribed so we can see how it performed and improve it. Don't share anything on the demo line you wouldn't want in a transcript.
- Booking. If you schedule a call, the scheduling provider collects the details you enter there under its own policy.
- Nothing silent. No tracking pixels or analytics are on this site unless we add them and update this page.
How we use it
- To reply to you, prepare for the call, and send the plan you asked for.
- To review demo-line recordings and make the AI receptionist better.
- That's it. We don't sell it, rent it, or add you to a newsletter you didn't ask for.
Who touches it
- Form delivery: Formspree carries form submissions to our inbox.
- Scheduling: the booking provider shown on the booking page (Calendly or Cal.com).
- Demo line: a telephony and AI-voice provider operates the demo number. Recordings live with that provider and with us.
- Client engagements have their own written data terms, and the private-AI option keeps your data on hardware we own in Omaha, Nebraska.
How long we keep it
Form submissions: until we've worked together or it's clear we won't, then they're deleted. Demo recordings: up to 90 days. Email us and we'll delete anything about you sooner.
Your choices
Don't want to be recorded? Skip the demo line and book a call instead. Want a copy or deletion of what we hold about you? Email hello@aimidwest.co and it's done within a few days.
